Carrie Grahlman’s roots as a designer started a few years ago when a co-worker taught her to crochet. She immediately fell in love with it and began crocheting pieces of clothing for herself like none other seen. Little did she know she would be stopped on the street and complimented about her unique, one-of-a-kind designs. Friends and colleagues started asking if they could buy what she was creating and wearing. Hence, A Thousand Compliments business was born.

Since then, Ms. Grahlman’s exclusive creations are what women want for themselves and have become favorite gifts to give. Why the name A Thousand Compliments?
